Mahat Raghavendra, who was introduced to
the Tamil industry with Ajith’s Mankatha by Venkat Prabhu has now been
signed on for Vijay’s Jilla, if reports are to be believed. He would be
seen as Vijay’s brother in the film, which also features Mohanlal and
Kajal Aggarwal.
Nesan directs this film which will be produced by R B Choudary, as a family entertainer. The film goes on floors in May and is also expected to be a Tamil – Telugu bilingual.
Mahat is currently busy with the Telugu movie Backbench Student.
