Kajal Aggarwal has been in the eye of a
storm recently for her alleged comments comparing the Tamil and Telugu
film industries. Apparently, she had said that the Telugu industry had
more respect for actresses compared to the totally male-dominated Tamil
industry. She had even said that she preferred the Telugu industry more,
it was reported.
The actress has now come out in the open and cleared the air saying that she would never say such a thing. She likes both the Tamil and Telugu industries. Given her success in Tamil films with movies like Naan Mahaan Alla and Thuppakki, she is also eying more films here. All in All Azhagu Raja opposite Karthi is one such Tamil film she already has, in her kitty.
She signed off by saying that both the Tamil and Telugu industries are conducive for actresses to ply their trade.
