'I'm not a rioter' - Kamal Haasan

Kamal Haasan made a trip to Hyderabad for the success meet of Vishwaroopam in Telugu. The dais was filled with stalwarts and highly talented individuals like K. Viswanath, Dasari Narayana Rao, Raghavendra Rao, Nagarjuna, SS Rajamouli, Trivikram and Prabhas among others.

The guests weren’t short of praise for Kamal and his product, Vishwaroopam. Nagarjuna lauded Kamal’s guts and conviction for fighting through the battle and said that the film would make a mark in Indian film history. Veteran K. Viswanath said that Kamal is so knowledgeable that he may be required to unlearn to survive in today’s film world.

Kamal addressed the gathering by categorically stating that he was an actor and director but never a rioter. He also said that he was not angered by what was happening but only saddened and confessed that the media gave him immense strength during that period.
