Director Saran who gave a series of hit
films with stars like Kamal Haasan, Ajith and Vikram was on a bit of a
hiatus since his last outing, Asal, that starred Ajith in the lead. Now
the director is back in action with the announcement of his latest film
Senthatti Kaalai Sevatha Kaalai.
Unlike his previous films that were predominantly city based subjects, this film will apparently be set in and around Thirunelveli. The film will star Vinay Rai in the lead in a double role. Vinay has previously worked with Saran in Modhi Vilayadu as well. Apart from the return of Saran, the film will also mark music director Bharadwaj’s 75th film.
The project will feature three heroines Samuthirka, Kaambari and Shilpi Verma besides a gathering of accomplished supporting cast members. The film is being produced by Vega Entertainment and the story, screenplay and direction will be handled by Saran himself.
